Bell shall assign any and all transferable manufacturer's end user warranties on any of such products to Customer upon the completion of sale. Any services that may be rendered by Bell will be performed at the level ordinarily and customarily implemented by comparable technology solutions providers in the geographic area in which the services are performed. Bell specifically disclaims any and all implied warranties in connection with any sale of such products and/or services, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or against infringement, as well as any and all warranties arising from course of dealing, usage of trade, or course of performance. Because manufacturers' warranties vary, if the product under warranty becomes defective, any repairs, replacements, or other actions will be governed by the warranty policy of the manufacturer whose product(s) is in question and all such repairs, replacements, or other actions must be arranged by the product owner.
